I actually feel like Kaidoh has plenty of control over Inui in some people's writing. There are so many sides different people bring out of characters in their writing, it makes them easy to put with various partners.
I like the sexual relationship between Inui and Fuji as a mutual type feeling... not quite partners, but past friends.
